China Telecom Canada Has Launched Its Mobile Communication Service

China Telecom Americas has officially announced its mobile service brand - CTExcel in Canada, becoming the first Chinese telecommunication carrier that provides mobile communication services with its own brand in Canada. This is a milestone for CTC since its first success in the US with CTExcel back in May 2015 and it proofs its strong business development.
