China Telecom CTExcel Hong Kong Stores and Online Stores Received “Quality Service Recognition” and “Quality E-Shops”

China Telecom CTExcel Hong Kong stores and online stores were recognised as “Quality Service Recognition” and “Quality E-Shops” respectively by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA).

As a professional representative in the retail industry, HKRMA has been aiming to improve both offline and online retail services with these recognition schemes by praising retail brands with outstanding service. The judging process included mystery shopper visits to stores (both online and offline) and assessments from the association to rate the overall shopping experience. For brick-and-mortar stores, the assessment criteria included service quality, customer satisfaction and employee professional knowledge. For online stores, the assessment criteria included website system, operation status, website UI, demonstration and aftersales delivery service. Recognised by HKRMA for both online and offline services, China Telecom CTExcel believes that these will build customer trust in products and services. The company will continue to improve customer experience and service quality.
